TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders for Hubble Preserves products are subject to these terms and conditions of sale.

 

Price and Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.

Before orders are dispatched, all payments will be processed. Please ensure that the details you provide are correct. Hubble Preserves will not accept responsibility for any orders not processed due to invalid or incorrect payment details given.

 

Claims

Any claims for goods damaged in transit must be made by email within two days of delivery. No claims will be possible after this period.

Any claims will only be settled after damaged or faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned must be suitably packaged to protect them in transit otherwise they will not be replaced or credited.

Please ensure returned goods show the full name and address of the sender. Our liability is limited to replacement of the goods or a refund of the original price plus postage and packaging in all cases.

Claims for non-delivery must be made by email within two weeks (fourteen days) of the order being placed.

 

Force Majeure

Hubble Preserves will make every reasonable effort to ensure that we carry out our contract. We shall not, however, be held liable for any loss, damage or delays due to circumstances beyond our control such as, but not limited to, laws and regulations, acts of God, fire, flood, industrial action, judicial action, extreme weather, failure or delays in method of transportation, riots and wars or other cause beyond our control.

 

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information provided by yourself will only be used to process your order. It will not be forwarded to any third party for any reason whatsoever.

At Hubble Preserves we strive to achieve customer satisfaction. To this end we welcome your comments on our products and service.

 

Jurisdiction

English law will apply to the contract between us, and the English courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any dispute.

None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the 1979 Sale of Goods Act.
